Refund Policy

At Casa Cleo, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for all direct bookings made through our website.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Full Refund: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.
• Partial Refund (50%): Travelers who cancel between 14 and 29 days before check-in will get back 50% of the amount they've paid.
• No Refund: Travelers who cancel less than 14 days before check-in (including no-shows) are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the booking. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Changes to Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking dates, please contact us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Changes are subject to availability.
